When installing again 4.1.X you did over the 5.0.XX mysql database ? Or you removed completly the 5.0.XX install directory ?

Hi, I removed mysql 5.0 with add remove programs then rebooted the server before reinstalling 4.1.13a or 4.1.11. I did notice that there is still a MySQL 5.0 subdirectory undernieth the MySQL directory. Would that be affecting the configuration wizard ? thanks,

I've since reinstalled the server and have successfully installed 4.1.13a and have things working again.... guess we can close this bug report.
