Description:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/charset-binary-op.html
The content in IE 6.0.2800.110615 is below the index table rather than to the right.
It renders ok in Mozilla 1.7.8

it fails w3c validator as well

Below are the results of checking this document for XML well-formedness and validity.

Error Line 174 column 26: ID "docnav" already defined.
<!--UdmComment--><div id="docnav"><a rel="prev" href="charset-collate-precedence
An "id" is a unique identifier. Each time this attribute is used in a document it must have a different value. If you are using this attribute as a hook for style sheets it may be more appropriate to use classes (which group elements) than id (which are used to identify exactly one element).

there is no category for documentation no website faults

How to repeat:
use w3c validator
