mysql> \! <shell_command>
doesn't work on Windows.

Yes, I know functions that are used for implementation this feature on Unix are not supported on Windows, but I guess it's possible to find a workaround and make this feature work on Windows too.

How to repeat:
run the following command via mysql command-line client on Windows:
\! hostname
