Description:
We are running a local MySQL server on WinXP, and make use of a remote 4.1 server hosted by the UK firm 'heartinternet.com' for our website (PHP/MySQL). Both on our local server, and since yesterday our webhost, MySQL 4.1 seems to fail after a period of normal use, with the error:

'Can't find file: './GAMETHEWORLD/###TABLENAME###.frm' (errno: 13)'

- where ###TABLENAME### is a name of a table in our database.

How to repeat:
Problem appears to happen spontaneously after a certian time. Our local (Win32) server is under continuous use with a Game Stats generation app, and fails roughly once a fortnight.

Suggested fix:
The only way i can fix this is to drop the table, and reload it from a backup. This is seriously inconvenient, and happens about once a fortnight. The tables that seem to do this most often seem to be the largest and most commonly used ones (`news` is accessed by every page, `gamestats` contains 640,000 rows etc.)
