Description:
rpl_rewrite_db.test shows that rewrite is not working when using rbr. 

I ran the test be hand an, for example, test db was suppose to be rewritten to the rewrite db, but all tables and row stayed in the test database.

How to repeat:
Comment out the have_binlog_format_statement.inc in the rpl_rewrite_db.test and run with --mysql=--binlog-format=row
