Description:
The file "EXCEPTIONS-CLIENT" in "mysql-noinstall-5.0.10a-beta-win32.zip" is empty.
This looks to be a packaging problem for Windows as in "mysql-standard-5.0.10-beta-linux-i686.tar.gz" the file is not empty.

How to repeat:
download and unpack "mysql-noinstall-5.0.10a-beta-win32.zip"

Suggested fix:
add file with wantend content to Windows package

same problem in the source package "mysql-5.0.10a-beta-win-src.zip".

Should be fixed for 5.0.11 again. 5.0.10a was done manually, which has caused this glitch.
