Description:
"What Is New in MySQL 26.10" describes

> This section summarizes what has been added to, deprecated in, changed, and removed from MySQL 26.10 since MySQL 9.7.

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/26.10/en/mysql-nutshell.html

But actually, there's no features added at MySQL 26.7.
"Calendar-based versioning and compatibility-lineage validation.", "Clone version compatibility for calendar-versioned releases.", InnoDB AUTO_INCREMENT counter persistence", and so on.

How to repeat:
See description.

Suggested fix:
Add 26.7's features into 26.10's document.
