Security issue not observed

How to repeat:
I have mysql setup in my windows system and whenever the system gets restarted due to some windows update or due to any other reason then mySql stops working and then i have to completely uninstall and install it again.

Suggested fix:
Please check what is causing issue due to which mySql gets corrupted after system restart and fix the same.
