Description:
Hi,
in the header of the MySQL Forum [1], there are links to Facebook [1a], Twitter [1b] and Youtube [1c]. This looks outdated (Twitter).
[1]: https://forums.mysql.com/
[1a]: http://www.facebook.com/mysql
[1b]: https://twitter.com/#!/mysql
[1c]: http://www.youtube.com/mysqlchannel
In the header of the MySQL Developer Zone [2], there are links to Facebook [2a], X.com [2b], LinkedIn [2c] and Youtube [2d]. These look good.
[2]: https://dev.mysql.com/
[2a]: http://www.facebook.com/mysql
[2b]: https://x.com/mysql
[2c]: https://www.linkedin.com/company/mysql
[2d]: http://www.youtube.com/mysqlchannel
I would expect the links in the Forum to be in sync with the links in the Developer Zone.
In above, I mention the header of the Forum, but this also applies to the Footer.
I am filing this as Category "MySQL Server: Documentation": this is probably wrong, but I did not find a Category "MySQL Websites: Forum" (there is a category "MySQL Websites: bugs.mysql.com"). So maybe consider adding the below categories, or at least "MySQL Websites: Others".
- MySQL Websites: Forum
- MySQL Websites: Worklogs
- MySQL Websites: Planet
- MySQL Websites: Developer Zone
Many thanks for looking into this,
Jean-François Gagné
How to repeat:
See Description.
Suggested fix:
Add LinkedIn link in the Forum.
Update the Twitter link in the Forum to match the X.com link in the Developer Zone, including updating the icon.
