Description:
When launching MySQL Workbench, an error dialog appears with the message "MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem. Parameter is not valid." The application fails to start normally. The issue occurs immediately after opening MySQL Workbench.

How to repeat:
Start MySQL Workbench.
Wait for the application to load.
An error dialog appears stating "Parameter is not valid."
The application does not function correctly.

Suggested fix:
Investigate whether corrupted user configuration files or invalid startup parameters are causing the exception. The application should handle invalid parameters gracefully and provide more detailed error information.
