Thank you for the bug report. Verified as described.

Description: Ⱥ lowercases to ⱥ. MySQL 9.5.0 stops processing the string after converting Ⱥ, discarding all subsequent characters. MariaDB, TiDB handle this correctly. How to repeat: ```sql SELECT LOWER('Ⱥa'), CHAR_LENGTH(LOWER('Ⱥa')); ```
