Description:
None of the NDBD process IP addresses are shown in the second or third ndb_mgmd process in the cluster.
ndb08

ndb07:
[ndbd(NDB)]     6 node(s)
id=4   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 0, Master)
id=5   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 0)
id=6   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 1)
id=7   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 1)
id=8   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 2)
id=9   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 2)

ndb09:
[ndbd(NDB)]     6 node(s)
id=4   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 0, Master)
id=5   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 0)
id=6   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 1)
id=7   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 1)
id=8   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 2)
id=9   (Version: 5.1.0, Nodegroup: 2)

How to repeat:
1) setup a cluster on 3 systems with each having ndb_mgmd processes.
2) start all ndbd process pointing to the same server.
3) On the other two servers connect with the ndb_mgm client and do a "show"

Suggested fix:
IP addresses of all processes in a cluster should show in and ndb_mgmd process in the cluster.
