Description:
I have downloaded NUMEROUS versions of 4.0.25 (going on 10 times now) and there is no config wizard included when you run Setup. It sets everything up and creates the C:/MySQL folder. But it never lets you actually start the server, and there's nothing in the Start menu to actually run MySQL. Your site told me there's a way to run an InstallConfig from the Bin folder - but that file doesn't exist in that folder on any of the downloads that I've done.

I have previously installed 4.1 and had no issues with it working. But since I'm using it to run SpacialAudio's SAM3, I was told that I need 4.0.25 as it was created to work with that version. No matter what I try, I can't make it work.

How to repeat:
Download 4.0.25 from any of the mirrored sites
Run Setup
At the end of the Setup click Finish (notice that there are no options listed in that screen/window even though the Wizard says there are and that you should check which options you want
After clicking Finish there is no way to run the program and no config files to be found in the bin folder that will configure the software and make it run.

The version 4.0.XX uses an older installer version which not incorporates
an installer wizard as version 4.1.XX and up.
You need to configure your server manually, according instructions you
can find in the Manual.
