Description:
The problem are the release notes, a tiny mistake I think.

How to repeat:
See: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/9.5/en/news-9-5-0.html

The text in the Replication Notes section says:

"To enable enhanced replication capabilities by default, the default values of gtid_mode has been changed to ON. Additionally, the default value of enforce_gtid_consistency has been changed from ON."

then look at:

It looks to me like the default has change for enforce_gtid_consistency from OFF to ON.

Suggested fix:
I am aware that 9.6 will be released shortly, the change is minimal but I'd suggest changing it anyway to say:

"To enable enhanced replication capabilities by default, the default values of gtid_mode has been changed to ON. Additionally, the default value of enforce_gtid_consistency has been changed to ON."

Thanks for considering this minimal change.

Thanks for the report, verified!

Note: If there were a way to do a PR for release note information I would have done that but I don't believe the source of release notes is public.
