Description:
Its would definitely be nice to have mysql server able to access/create/export mysql table to Foxprox DBF format databases.

This would allow intensive cross compatibility for either non-sql direct DBF
access applications and SQL enabled applications all able to communicate to a
single data source.

Application such as DOS Foxpro, DBase, several accounting packages that are DBF
based, this would provide a full integration avenue using SQL technology for
development without having to remove the existing application.

for example one of the companies I work for uses an accounting system that based
fully on foxprox DBF. The application is very extensive and has thousands of man
hours behind it. there is no good way to expand its functionality with intranet
capabilities unless via odbc/windows solutions or using a perl XBase module to
access data directly.

Just a thought.
