Description:
I'm migrating to a new Laptop. I reinstalled Visual Studio 2022 as well as MySQL.Data.EntityFramework 9.5.0. When I run the application I receive the error:

The ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'MySql.Data.MySqlClient' is either not registered in the machine or application config file, or could not be loaded. See the inner exception for details.'

I have the same with Visual Studio 2026, but never on the previous Laptop.
