Description:
Some cases such as:auth_sec.admin_channel_tls auth_sec.admin_channel_tls_startup auth_sec.cert_verify auth_sec.cert_verify_openssl x.mysqlxtest_mode_ssl x.mysqlxtest_mode_ssl_unixsocket are failed for the CA certificate expired.

How to repeat:
openssl x509 -in /mysql-server/mysql-test/std_data/ca-cert-verify.pem -noout -enddate
notAfter=Nov 13 10:05:08 2025 GMT

We can see the enddate.

Suggested fix:
Update the CA certificate
