Description:
When creating a new record if a value for column named X was edited multiple times the QB reports error "Column 'X' specified twice". The same happenes when attempting to delete an unsaved record that was edited multiple times.

How to repeat:
1. Run a select * query on a column of your choice
2. Go to Edit mode
3. Enter some data (do not save yet)
4. Change a value for a culumn
5. Click on Save
