Description:
only traceparent is removed not, baggage is not removed,
what's more, if User choose another propagator such as jager or zipkin, nothing will be removed。
this will cause bigger and bigger query attributes if we reuse the same preparestatement

As for the demo above, juest add -Dotel.propagators=jaeger can repeat this issure
