Description:
I have a problem, because php by wampp not acess database mysql workbench. This form I change hostname localhost by 127.0.0.1 and I did not acess MySQL. So, I resolve change port 3306 by 3308 because mysql / wamp use that port.

How to repeat:
I'll try after that contact.

Suggested fix:
I hope this change the port I can acess mysql workbench and connect php. I need finish the task, that I have beeen working a long time.
