Description:
According to the bug reports https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=117881, https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=117657, and https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=117678, the message below is an informational message:

[ERROR] [MY-013935] [Server] IO-layer timeout before wait_timeout was reached.

If this is an informational message, it would be best to log it as [Note] instead of [ERROR].

Maybe somebody can test this as away to prevent logging of these:

THEN drop.';

# If you would rather throttle the message printouts instead of 
# completely remove them, do it like this:

SET PERSIST dragnet.log_error_filter_rules =

THEN throttle 1/3600.';
