Description:
start workbench, connect local db, server, data export => empty frame ( no layout, no fields, no values )

How to repeat:
set 1 to rc from local_run_cmd in get_mysqldump_version

Suggested fix:
wb_admin_export.py
in get_mysqldump_version()
   test rc and not output to write log_error and return None

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on Windows 11 with MySQL Workbench 8.0.42 and followed exact steps, but I am not seeing any issues at my end.
