Description:
Error while loading image message and then "Parameter is not valid error" therefore I cannot open to run any scripts

How to repeat:
after opening the application, I receive an error stating error while loading image. Then click OK and takes me to the dashboard. Once I click on a connection to open I then get an error message that states "Parameter is not valid"

To investigate further this issue at our end, may I kindly request you to launch workbench under debug mode (--log-level=debug3) and provide unaltered workbench log file(more details about log are explained here
