Added the following entry to the MySQL NDB Cluster 9.4.0 changelog: 

"When users attempted to set a NOT NULL string column to null, it resulted in an empty string being inserted. 
Our thanks to Mikael Ronström of RonDB for contributing the fix for the issue."

Corrected the entry to the MySQL NDB Cluster 9.4.0 changelog to the following: 

"When users attempted to set a NOT NULL string column to null, it resulted in an empty string being inserted.
