Description:
Hi, I downloaded the MySQL latest version, and the grid results are not visible. I cannot see the updated table. 

How to repeat:
It occurs with MySQL Installer 8.0.40 for Windows

Thank you for your bug report.

However, Query Cache is no longer supported.

If that is not what you are reporting, then you are probably on the wrong forum.

This forum is exclusively dedicated to the reports with fully repeatable test cases. Each of the test case should consist of the set of SQL statements and / or of the set of actions that always lead to the bug that you are reporting.

Since you have not provided a test case, we can not proceed with processing of this report.
