Description:
I wanted to create a database and a connection in MySQL Workbench, so I went to the MySql Connections section to create a new connection, I managed to create it but when I selected it to enter, an announcement appeared saying that MySQL Workbench had encountered a problem, that an external component and a MySQL module produced an exception, it does not give me a solution to the problem, it only asks me to report the error or cancel, so I cannot enter my connections or work.

How to repeat:
I opened MySQL Workbench.
I went to the 'MySQL Connections' section.
I tried to create a new connection.
I selected the newly created connection.
An error message appears stating that an exception has occurred in an external component.

Hi Mr. Campos,

Thank you for your bug report.

However, this is a site for the reports with fully repeatable test cases.

We need to know exactly how is MySQL started, on which OS and with what parameters.

We also need to know whether server and Workbench are on the same machine or not.

We also have to know all details that you have entered when defining the users on the server and definiing the connection in the Workbench.

Only after that may we try to reproduce the issue.

Can't repeat.
