Also, let us inform you that this is a forum for the reports with fully repeatable test cases. Hence, we need a full and very precise set of steps that you have undertaken to connect to the server. Only when every single detail is described can we try to reproduce the problem. Let us know exactly how have you configured the WorkBench and the MySQL Server, up to the last detail. Also, let us know the version of Workbench and of Server. Without all these data, we simply can not even attempt to repeat the problem. Can't repeat.
