However, let us inform you that this is a forum for the reports with fully repeatable test cases.

Each of the test cases should consist of a very detailed description of everything that you have done, in which case, you should let us know:

* Which Workbench version and release have you downloaded , in which format and exactly for which operating system

* Full details on the operating system that you are installing it on

* Full details on the hardware that you used

* Full description of each step that you have taken to do the installation

* Exact error messages that you have got from each of the steps

Only when we get all the above answers with all details possible, can we try to attempt to reproduce the problem that you get.
