Description:
The graphic from Performance -> Dashboard page (Administration - Dashboard) does not scale when number of executed SQL Statements in bigger than 100.

The graph lines will go up beyond the visible page.
The other graphs in the page will scale nicely.

How to repeat:
Open Dashboard, run more the 100 sql statements per second on the server and see the graph.

Suggested fix:
The graph should scale, instead of 100 sql statements being 100%, it should go up like other graphs in the page

IMHO this is duplicate of Bug #105452, please see Bug #105452.
Even if you feel that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution
is likely to be the same. Because of this, we hope you add your comments to the
original bug instead.
