Description:
MySQL source package can't be built on the Windows with MSYS2, I've tried many ways to get the help to fix this issue, like this article:

How to repeat:
Just build it

Thank you for your bug report.

According to our knowledge we do not support MINGW environment for Windows builds.

However, we shall contact our team in charge of it and will come back to you .......

Hence, you will have to wait for the answer on whether this is a bug, feature request or whether it will stay unsupported.

For your information, our Build team has just informed us that we will not add support for MingW/GCC for Windows.

Hence, this bug is closed.
