Description:
Mysql8.0 semi synchronous replication 
When only one main library is retained after hanging from the library, after executing create user and drop user on the main library 
The master database will hang up, and new connections cannot be made. At this time, the slave database will be restarted. Since the slave database cannot connect to the master database, the master-slave replication relationship cannot be established
