Description:
The package for Workbench is missing from the official APT repository.

How to repeat:
1. Setup the official APT repository using the instructions on the website (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-apt-repo-quick-guide/en/#apt-repo-fresh-install).
2. Issue the command "apt search workbench".
3. Notice that none of the returned results have anything to do with MySQL.

I've also noticed a similar issue with the official Yum repository.

Thanks for the bug report.

It was an issue with the apt repository metadata. We have now republished the Workbench 8.0.38 Ubuntu 24.04 packages.
