Description:
I am trying to upgrade MySql. After it installed the upgrades successfully, the installer doesn't continue (see screenshot):

In the screenshot you can see this in the log:
"1: The action 'Upgrade' for product 'MySQL Server 8.0.39' completed successfully."
However, I can only click on 'Cancel'. I want to click continue (or next) to go to the next phase (Product Configuration).

How to repeat:
Start the MySql Installer
Choose to upgrade the applications which have an update
The installer hangs after installing

Suggested fix:
After installing successfully, the installer should of course continue to the next phase (Product Configuration).

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 11 with MySQL Installer but I am not seeing any issues at my end. Please see the screenshot attached.
