earlier i was using mysql-boost-8.0.38, but now its not available to download on official below site.

Thank you for your bug report.

However, it is not a bug.

Latest release for 8.0 is 8.0.39.

Please use that one instead. Release 8.0 had one serious bug and had to be replaced quickly .....
