Description:
In MySQL Workbench, selecting Help - Check for Updates invariably yields a pop-up stating "Unhandled exception: 'CheckForUpdateThread' object has no attribute 'isAlive'"

How to repeat:
- Start MySQL Workbench (latest version, but this has been here for quite some time)
- Select Help
- Select Check for Update

Suggested fix:
Create an attribute 'isAlive' for object 'CheckForUpdateThread'? ;-)
