Description:
I am unable to create new tables inside a new diagram as there are no tools in the sidebar to create new table or create link or any kind of draggable/clickable tool which was available earlier.

How to repeat:
Steps:

1. Open MySQL Workbench.
2. Click on File > New Model > New Diagram.
3. Click on Tables in Catalog View under mydb.
4. Hover in gutter area(left of Diagram Page) and you will notice the tooltip in place but no icon visible.
