Parameter not define error has prevented me from logging on

How to repeat:
every time I logged on

However, let us inform you that this is a forum for the bug reports with repeatable test cases. A test case should consist of the set of SQL Statements leading to the bug that is reported.

We have not received such a test case from you and hence, we can not even attempt to reproduce it.
