Description:
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/c-api/8.4/en/mysql-server-end.html says:

"...mysql_server_end() is deprecated and mysql_library_end() should be used instead."

However https://dev.mysql.com/doc/c-api/8.4/en/c-api-function-reference.html doesn't have a "Yes" in the "Deprecated" column for this function.

In addition to this I also didn't see a compiler warning. Maybe add `[[deprecated]]` to this (and other) deprecated functions?

How to repeat:
See description

The same seems to be true for mysql_list_fields()
