Description:
The minimum width of the MySQL Workbench window is too wide (on Windows 11), I've tried re-sizing the window but the minimum width I'm allowed to set is roughly 1447 pixels (measured using the snipping tool).

How to repeat:
Open the workbench app on Windows 11 and try to make it smaller

Suggested fix:
Reduce the minimum width for the app (I noticed in your forums that you've already done this before for a Linux user and I hope you can take the time to try to deploy this change for Windows users as well, source: https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=60762 )
