Description:
The ERD Diagram editor does not have the options to Create a new table while in the ERD Diagram tool. All of the buttons to do this is now gone.
USing the MySQL Model page is TOTALLY unusable. Create a new table brings up and totally damaged entry screen, heading are missing, can't capture the table name, nothing!

Even opening an existing old model is impossible to edit the ERD now...
Used to be such a great tool - now it has degraded over time to being binned.

Another one - while in SQL Editor screen - drop your prod VPN and switch to the develop VPN. Boom - end of application. It just hangs forever and then crashes.

Sad sad day.  

How to repeat:
Create a new Diagram - try adding a new table. Impossible.

Suggested fix:
Fix the URI - a LOT is broken
