Description:
The rpl_charset and type_timestamp fail in mysql-test-run.pl but pass in mysql-test-run.sh.

How to repeat:
make test

Suggested fix:
Ensure that all required parameters are passed to the test programs.

type_timestamp seems to pass now. (Maybe it was fixed by recompiling from scratch.)

This is corrected in the current 5.0 sources
