When you are connected to a database and you loose connection for some reason you are presented with the usernamne and password dialog. If you can't input the correct credentials you are stuck. The dialog keeps re-appearing and even if you press cancel it returns and you have to use Task manager in Windows to kill the applicaiton.

How to repeat:
Connect to database and loose connetion somehow.
