Description:
I have a small database on a standalone PC with MySQL 4.0.12 installed as a server.

Using MyPHPAdmin, I enter two recods to one table. Then after the table has been updated, I click on Browse and the pC swicthes off immediately and restarts.

On restart, an error message is displayed to say Windows had recovered from a serious error.

How to repeat:
I don't think this can be repeated on every machine.
