Description:
When opening a model, it is not displaying the list of EER diagrams.

When you open an EER diagram, the first one opens automatically, there are no toolbar resources to add components to the diagram or relate tables.

When you edit a table, it does not display all components, such as changing the table name.

How to repeat:
1) Open MySQL Workbench;
2) Open the example model (sakila_full) or any other model;
3) Perform any of the functions:
3.1) Try to include a component;
3.2) Edit a table;
3.3) Create a relationship between tables;

Suggested fix:
1) Check why the component is not being rendered;
2) Correct;
3) Compile;
4) Publish;
