Description:
Header tabs disappear when using Create Table or Alter Table
Also, the Apply and Reset methods used above become invisible on the screen.
The button actually exists and can be used, but it is not visible and cannot be used.

How to repeat:
Header tabs disappear when using Create Table or Alter Table

Suggested fix:
UI buttons are displayed correctly
