Description:
When selecting a table structure in the visual editor:
the 'apply' (changes) button is not displayed so there is no way to commit changes made to a table structure (or to changes in table data)

How to repeat:
re-display a table structure or table data from the left side navigator by selecting the edit icon

This may not be a duplicate of 113667, but may be related, since clicking on where the button should be (but is not there) does not cause any change to take place.
