Hope to get some help here. I just installed workbench 8 and have a very strange issue. When I create a new connection, in the "Manager Server Connections" window the test connection is successfull but when click the saved connection it failed. the error message says the connection failed for "SQL logic error".

Error log:

How to repeat:

Thank you for the bug report.
To investigate further this issue at our end, may I kindly request you to launch workbench under debug mode (--log-level=debug3) and provide unaltered workbench log file(more details about log are explained here - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/workbench-reporting-bugs.html)?
