Hi What did you do to "install" it? You just have to download the dmg and once it's done, the Finder will open it. You just have to drag the application icon to your Applications folder.

I downloaded the MySQL Query Browser and MySQL Administrator dmg files, expanded them and dragged the applications to Applications folder. When I double click on the application, to open them, the application icon does a quick "hiccup" on the the dock and disappears. The application never opens. The machine I am using is running Panther 10.3.8 Thanks for looking into this problem, George

I have the same problem under Mac OS X 10.3.8. The console gives the following error: dyld: /Applications/MySQL Query Browser.app/Contents/MacOS/MySQL Query Browser can't open library: /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2) The Administrator application also is looking for the same file.

I have EXACTLY the SAME problem under Mac OS X 10.3.7 with both Administrator and Query Browser. A library seems to be missing....

Apparently libstdc++.6.dylib only came out beginning with 10.3.9. I don't want to upgrade to 10.3.9 at the moment, but, if somebody else has this error and wants to try, please do so and report back.
