Description:
Whenever I try to create a table, it does not allow me to input a title for the table, and the "apply" button at the bottom is missing. Also, whenever I click on the table editor, the other tabs I am working on disappear. They only reappear if I open a new file, but all the tabs disappear if I click on the table editor tab again.

I tried removing Workbench and MySQL from my computer entirely and redownloading them, but that did not fix the problem. I also tried restarting Workbench and the MySQL server, but that did not fix the problem either.

This is not a problem I experience on my Windows computer.

How to repeat:
This problem will show up for me if I either try to create a table on Workbench or edit an existing table on the UI.

Suggested fix:
I could create a Table with a title if I did it with SQL code, but not through the UI interface. I could also edit it through code as well.

Thanks, I checked that bug report too. However, I have not seen any solutions I can try. Is there a suggestion for how I can fix this?
