Description:

On MacOS with Apple Chip, some buttons and panels are missing. For example, when trying to alter a table, I can't find the Apply button.

When modelling, I am unable to find the tool bar panels on the left side of the modelling window.

How to repeat:
Try to edit a table, the Apply/Revert button would be missing
